Apply — PIVOT - The Progressive Vietnamese American Organization

In order to be considered for a PIVOT election endorsement, candidate needs to submit a letter & materials requesting support. Minimally, materials from candidate need to include the following:

- Letter requesting areas of support
- Track record & evidence of commitment to public service
- Data regarding Vietnamese and/or Asian in contested area
- Recent trends in progressive/liberal voting in contested area
- Evidence of possible path to victory
- Budget & expense proposal
- Current supporters/endorsers

Once the candidate has these materials, we will process the endorsement within 1-3 week timeframe. If you have any questions, please reach out to candidates@pivotnetwork.org.

The mission of PIVOT is to engage and empower Vietnamese Americans through leadership development, civic engagement, as well as evaluation and advocacy of progressive policies and candidates.

PIVOT members are Vietnamese Americans and others who support our mission. Our members include those from all age groups and Vietnamese American generations. We have a wide range of technical expertise and come from all the major Vietnamese population centers in the United States. Our financial support is currently provided solely by our membership.
