The Bun Rieu Challenge
PIVOT - the Vietnamese American Progressive Organization - is launching the #BunRieuChallenge to bring attention to our campaign to welcome Afghan refugees arriving and make them feel at home with nourishing meals.
To get the #BunRieuChallenge started, we are working with celebrated Viet chefs, cultural icons, and influencers to shine a light on our fundraising efforts for front-line organizations providing critical services for refugees resettling in this country.
Will you join us in helping to provide Afghan refugees the warm embrace and welcome they deserve?
To participate, you can do anything from resharing or posting a picture of your favorite bowl of Bun Rieu to shooting a brief video of your bà making Bún Riêu to hosting a Bún Riêu event with fellow PIVOTers.
